The courtyard window opens directly into the pub's smoking area, allowing unwanted smoke to drift inside!!! A bit more attention to soundproofing would be appreciated too. noise from the pub carries quite well.

My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Although the location was lovely, some road noise in the morning could be improved.

Road noise in the mornings can be a bit distracting, especially if you're not an early riser. a suitcase rack would have been useful. my luggage ended up on the floor, which isn't ideal. if your room is near the entrance, be prepared for passersby peeking in, making it hard to keep the curtains open throughout the day.

It was just a perfect match for a momentary visit in Madron with incredible value for money. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay pleasant. Make sure to bring earplugs as the street can get a bit noisy during the day.
